| The following original documnets are required to be submitted by applicant at the time of calling / hearing by the concerned office of A&C Deparment at their Zonal Office for processing their e-Mutation of taxpayer request : |

A Taxpayer who intends to e-Mutation for the following Nature can apply through Online.
- Classification of e-Mutation Details
- Application Fee
Please refer the Application Fee on Application form.
Application fee Rs. 1500 /- (MCF - Rs. 500/- , AF - Rs. 1,000/-) for general application i.e disposed off application within 30 days.
Note: Application Fees will be collected at the time of Submission of Application Form for e-Mutation.

- Charges associated e-Mutation
- 1. Application/Processing Fees - will be collected at the time of Submission of Application Form for e-Mutation
- 2. Transaction Charges - These charges will be collected at the time of Submission of Application Form and the charges will be depending on the size of transaction (Application fee).
Rs. 3/- for the Application fee Rs. 150 /-
- Documents are to be Submitted for Obtaining e-Mutation
- Document size must be less than 2MB
- Nature of e-Mutation : Transfer on account of Sale Deed
